We have built Cynefin Care in order to help people to be able to stay where they live and belong safely and to maintain the life they want. We understand that the heart of a great care company is its people and the way to deliver great care is to value and support those people.

Our services

Personal Care

Personal care means anything that is of a personal nature. This may include tasks that are personal to you.

Nutritional Support

Our care workers are on hand to assist you with preparing your meals, snacks and beverages.

Medication

We can prompt/administer medication that has been prescribed for you by your GP. This can include lotions & eyedrops.

Domestic Services

We can offer a range of different domestic services. Helping you with household chores including hoovering, dusting, laundry, changing your bed and general surface cleaning.

Enabling

Our care workers can assist you to access your community and living your best life. This can include visiting your local supermarket, cinema, local venues and attractions.

Sitting Service

We can provide a day or night sitting service for main carers (family/relative) who made need a break. This could also be for shorter periods of time so main carers can access the community.

Palliative Care

Palliative care means you can stay at home where you feel most comfortable surrounded by loved ones and memories.
